At the Center for Virtual Health, we believe mental health services should be made easy to access and convenient. Our Virtual Behavioral Health practice offers personalized, 1-on-1 cognitive behavioral therapy and we also run Behavioral Health Groups focused on topic-based discussions. Both programs are delivered online, so they’re easy to fit around your life.

The holidays are a time for celebration—but they can also bring unexpected stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. You’re not alone. Join us for a supportive virtual session where we’ll gently explore the emotional ups and downs that often come with this season.
Through group discussion, self-reflection, and mindfulness practices, we’ll work together to navigate feelings of anxiety and depression and find ways to reconnect with peace and positivity.
