Partner success stories
We provided virtual symptom monitoring for EDiS, a construction management company headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware during the pandemic to help eliminate potential spread of the disease among employees. We helped monitor 23,000 patients using digital channels to offer convenient and accessible touchpoints to EDiS employees, which resulted in 5 million text exchanges and 40,000 video and phone visits.

We work with Alterwood Advantage, Maryland-based Medicare plan, to ensure its members have a smooth transition of care from inpatient stay in hospitals back to their community. This partnership has enabled cross-state engagement for the Center of Virtual Health, with a payer in new geographic areas, helping us advance equitable, affordable care for our community and beyond.
We partner with local community organizations to provide mobile vans that deliver essential care to people in our communities who have difficulty accessing health services. Using this new way to deliver care, we have seen 2,700 patients and provided over 1,700 vaccinations in hard-to-reach areas across Delaware, like New Castle, Kent and Sussex counties
